Things to Do in Torrevieja

Popular Beaches
One of the unique attractions of Torrevieja is its extensive beaches. There are four large beaches and several coves equipped with natural pools. From north to south, the beaches Playa de La Mata, Cabo Cervera, Calas, Playa de los Locos, Playa del Cura, Playa del Acequion, and Playa de los Náufragos are aligned in a long stretch. Playa del Cura is the most popular and central beach, measuring 325 meters long and 27 meters wide.
The city claims to have the best beaches, and since the water is relatively calm with gentle waves along the coastline, it's also an excellent destination for families with children. The largest beaches offer full services, including lifeguards, natural pools, showers, ramps for wheelchairs and strollers, and opportunities for various water sports and activities. You can play volleyball, football, or practice yoga on the beach.
Along the entire coastline of Torrevieja, there is a lovely promenade with the crystal-clear sea on one side and shops, kiosks, cafés, and restaurants on the other. Torrevieja has everything you need and more for you to unwind and enjoy your sun-soaked holiday.
