Villa Sa Mola is impressive all round, and not just because of its remarkable size. The beautifully rustic natural stone house in a secluded location is nestled into a wooded hillside. Architecturally, it is particularly well thought out and built with great attention to detail. There are numerous covered terrace areas on several levels, from which you have a fantastic view of the typical Mediterranean landscape all the way to the sea. A long staircase leads down the side of the house into the garden, where refreshments await you: the beautifully curved pool, which slopes gently downwards and, to top it off, a whirlpool for relaxing. After a swim, it usually doesn't take long for your stomach to growl: time for freshly prepared delicacies from the brick barbecue, which can be eaten at the large table on the terrace. While the children pass the time on the swings or play a game of table tennis, you are spoilt for choice for your siesta: how about one of the comfortable sun loungers by the pool or would you prefer one of the shady, cosy spots? Outdoor sofas?
Your holiday home is furnished in typical Mallorcan style, tastefully combined with modern elements. High-quality rustic wooden furniture is complemented by chic, simple lamps and contemporary art on the walls. The colours of nature dominate throughout the house, matching the surroundings: light sandy colours and dark wood tones, interspersed with accents of warm red or strong ochre yellow. In addition to a total of six double rooms, which are spread over two floors and are pleasantly discreetly furnished, each with a chic en suite bathroom, there is a large living and dining room on the ground floor. In the living area, you can make yourself comfortable on a huge sofa and gaze into the crackling fire of the brick corner fireplace or enjoy an exciting thriller on TV. Thanks to the long wooden table and chairs, the adjoining dining room offers enough space to sit together and enjoy meals prepared in the spacious kitchen with high-quality appliances and a large fridge.
You could hardly be closer to nature: Sa Mola was built on a huge estate on a densely wooded slope, so that you are surrounded by greenery as soon as you enter. For your daily shopping, you can take your hire car to the tranquil village of Son Macià, just 4.1 km away. Only around 900 inhabitants live in this small town and the atmosphere is correspondingly dreamy and relaxed. You won't find any sightseeing opportunities here - instead, you can enjoy typical Mediterranean life to the full. The clocks tick a little slower here. A supermarket, a bank, a few good cafés and restaurants - that's basically all you need to relax and unwind. And if you want to fit a day at the beach into your schedule, we recommend the nearby Calas de Mallorca, which are around 8 to 15 kilometres away. Many beautiful bays are lined up here - you will find the beach of your dreams! A fantastic property in the middle of nature, equipped with all the amenities that families could wish for on holiday and with the Mediterranean Sea shining in the distance from the terrace: this is the built-in Villa Sa Mola. a hillside location, just 4.1 km from the village of San Macià on the east side of the island. Enjoy absolute tranquillity in the natural stone house on a huge plot with pool and whirlpool. Bathing bays and beaches can be found along the Calas de Mallorca, around 8 to 15 km away.

Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund. Air conditioning is included in the price of this accommodation, but its use is limited to the period from 10:00 to 20:00. After this time, the fee will be charged in cash on site. The optional use of heating is included in the price for 10 hours per day during the winter months and will be charged in cash on site thereafter. This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
