The many different flowers in their unique jars provide additional eye-catchers in this inviting atmosphere. There are several sun loungers for you to relax on and you can cool off in the outdoor shower or the pool. Due to its large area, the property offers space for the activities of several generations: While some want to relax, others can romp around undisturbed. Look forward to fulfilling holidays with sun, water, relaxation, fun and action! In addition to the light blue tiled swimming pool, the house has various outdoor tables and chairs set up in small alcoves, making it the perfect place for family meals. Sit down in the covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and enjoy the delicacies in a convivial atmosphere. Incidentally, the blue greenhouse you see in the video is empty and no longer in use.

Each floor has a separate unit, perfect for several families or a family with different generations! In the cheerfully chequered kitchen (matching the tiled floor of the dining area!), you can meet up to chop vegetables together and perhaps spy a cooking trick or two on each other. Inside, you will also find all the latest technology, from televisions (four TVs in the house) and DSL internet access to music and DVD systems. The stylishly furnished double rooms each have their own bathroom, in which the original tile theme is paired with modern style.
This fabulous villa offers you everything you could wish for from a holiday resort: First relax, then dream, then go for a swim or party with friends. Would you like to organise a party or meeting for up to 50 people? All options are open to you in this villa!
You will find a supermarket and a weekly market within a radius of 8 km. The nearest beach is also only 13 km away. You can do something different every day: Decide between the beach, the swimming pool, a barbecue, relaxing by the pool or maybe you just want to read a great book. Villa Can Ballester is picturesquely situated in the municipality of Llucmajor. The property is surrounded by fantastic countryside and the village of Llucmajor is only 7.5 km away. You can easily walk through this beautiful area and do your daily shopping in Llucmajor. Due to its central location, you can not only drive to Palma, 20 km away, to see the sights, but also visit one of the many beaches within a few kilometres. You therefore have the choice between the pool at the villa or the nearest beach, Platja de Sa Rapita, approx. 13 km away.
