Nice and cozy cottage on a large, partly sheltered natural plot near Kølkær. The cottage is well furnished, contains a kitchen-living room with wood-burning stove and in front of it a partly under-roof terrace. The sofa bed in the house is only 115 cm wide.

At a reasonable distance from Kølkær are Legoland, the tropical bathing area Lalandia and the zoo Givskud. Nearby is Søby Sø one of Denmark's purest heath lakes with a good and child-friendly swimming beach. Great to see are also the lignite deposits. On 16 km² you can expect a species-rich environment with sand hills, ocher-colored lignite lakes and there is also the Brunkulsmuseet to visit.
