Saranda
Albanian Saranda is located on the mainland a short boat ride from the Greek island of Corfu. Unlike Corfu, mass tourism hasn't really hit Saranda yet. It's reasonably touristy - you'll find all the amenities you'd expect from a summer destination, but with slightly fewer tourists.
Plus, the price level is much lower than in neighbouring Greece!
A 30-minute drive from Saranda is Syri i Kalter, also known as The Blue Eye, a water source with crystal clear water. It is unclear how deep the spring is, but divers have reached depths of more than 50 metres here.
For a cosy Albanian old town, Gjirokaster, about an hour away by car, is a popular excursion option.
